NOBEL Biocare ALL-ON-4™ PROCEDURE

People with acute periodontal disease or several missing teeth now have a choice beyond dentures, partials, or bridges. The ALL-ON-4 procedure is the closest treatment to “God’s given teeth!” They can replace broken down teeth, and/or dentures in just a day, and last a lifetime!
By comparison, replacing broken down teeth and/or dentures with an ALL-ON-4 procedure will:
  • Act like your natural teeth. One will not feel the difference.
  • One will build more confidence and self-esteem.
  • Problems like soreness and halitosis will go away.
  • One can eat food that once had to be avoided.
  • One will definitely smile more confidently and provide a warm smile.

All on 4 Dental Implants

All on 4 PROCEDURE:

The ALL-ON-4 technique utilizes four dental implants to attach your new set of permanent replacement teeth. The implants used in this procedure are specially designed for immediate function with no bone grafting needed.

Single Tooth Implant

When a single tooth is missing, the two most common treatment options are the traditional tooth-supported bridge and an implant-supported crown.
To replace a missing tooth with a traditional bridge, the adjacent teeth are filed down and the bridge is cemented into place, on top of the compromised teeth. Eventually, the bone that supported the missing tooth deteriorates and is resorbed by the body, or melts away.
By comparison, replacing a single missing tooth with an implant-supported crown will:
  • Act like your natural tooth root. You do not feel the difference.
  • Are made of biocompatible materials. As a result, they are accepted by your body.
  • Your implant will normally last a “lifetime” with proper care and good oral hygiene.
  • Maintain natural bone, and minimize further bone loss due to bone stimulation- one of their most important advantages.
  • Provide stability and comfort, for a wide variety of replacement teeth solutions.

If you are missing one or more teeth, there are plenty of reasons to correct the problem:

  • A large space between your teeth , if obvious when you smile or speak, is a cosmetic concer.
  • Missing teeth may affect how you speak.
  • Missing a molar might not be noticeable when you talk or smile, but its absence can affect chewing.
  • When a tooth is removed, the biting force on the remaining teeth begins to change. If a missing tooth is not replaced, the surrounding or opposing teeth can shift.

Nothing can take the place of a healthy set of natural teeth. But when disease or an accident ends in tooth loss, it’s good to know that there are options for restoring your smile. You may want to choose dental implants if you:
  • Are self-conscious because you have missing teeth
  • Are unsatisfied with your removable partial dentures
  • Wear dentures that are uncomfortable for you

Teeth in a Day: Smile

Dr. Irfan Atcha’s “teeth in a day” procedure using the All-On-4 dental implant technique is the optimal solution for those who have lost or are about to lose all of their upper and/or lower teeth. With this procedure, one can come as close to having a new set of permanent teeth as is currently possible.

Those who replace their dentures with ALL-ON-4 dental implants will never have to remove their replacement teeth again for cleaning because their new teeth can be cleaned and maintained just like a natural set of teeth.

Due to the rigid structure of the replacement teeth and the cross-stabilization provided by the dental implants, you can go home that "same day" with a new set of teeth, even when extractions of failing teeth are required.

Gentle oral sedation assures each patient maximum safety and comfort throughout the procedure. In addition, the entire process, including any necessary extractions, can be completed in “one day” with minimal recovery time. The result is a fully functional set of teeth that looks and feels natural, enhances self-confidence and allows individuals to once again experience the foods and activities they enjoy most.

Zygomatic Implant Procedure

An Implant procedure for Patients with Severe Bone Loss
Many patients have been told that they are not candidates for dental implants due to lack of bone in the upper jaw. These patients can benefit from a new implant developed by Professor Per Ingvar Brandemark. This latest implant provides an excellent alternative to bone grafting procedures for the severely resorbed jaw bone with minimal surgical trauma and maximum oral function.
Dr. Irfan Atcha patented the NO JAW BONE SOLUTION and has given many patients fixed permanent teeth with NO BONE GRAFTS or SINUS LIFTS.
